For my problem they all were very professional and demonstrated that they cared. They all listened and were very gentle. For me, that was impotant. As for the time spent in the ER, IT WAS WAS 11 hours TOTAL! THAT IS WAY TO LONG A TIME FOR AN ER (emergency!) VISIT!

Dr. Joyce Pang is an excellent surgeon. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident before my procedure. I’m also very thankful to the anesthesiologist Dr. Sheila Chiu and the nursing team – everyone was kind, supportive, and very professional. The whole experience was handled with great care and I truly felt that I was in good hands. I’m very grateful to the entire team.

Had an outpatient procedure here and was thoroughly impressed. As an unfortunate semi-frequent flier of hospitals over my life due to a smorgasbord of health issues, I've seen some things: everything from being given another patient's sensitive discharge papers to floors that cling to your shoes like the swamp of despair. *thousand-yard stare* Swedish Edmonds was so clean, so friendly, and I felt so well taken care of by literally every single person I interacted with, from the receptionists to my pre and post op nurses. Even when I joked with the person who was collecting my belongings for me that it was okay if my not-fancy not-iphone got lost, she told me very kindly that it didn't matter if it was fancy or not, they absolutely wanted me to get my belongings back. Special shout out to my nurses whose names I unfortunately forgot due to the magical effects of anesthesia! (And sorry to my post anesthesia nurse for telling you war stories from my job, lol.)

I had a very positive experience at Swedish Edmonds Hospital. They treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. The medical team was professional, compassionate, and attentive, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciated the level of care and dedication they showed. Recently while in the ED I was very well cared for. All the Nurses & Doctors (Diane & Luke RNs) were professional yet very caring! Dr France took the time to double check my results to make sure I had the correct diagnosis! Nothing was missed during my time there, they immediately ran multiple tests and X-rays. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and the kindness was appreciated!

no one wants to go to the hospital but that said, my experience at Swedish Hospital First Hill was outstanding, starting with the urologist who performed the aquablation, Dr. Haider. She came in on her day off to evaluate my situation today and supplied valuable information and support. The nursing staff were exemplary, always in good spirits even when under a lot of stress. I chose Edmonds Urgent Care Clinic when I was experiencing medical issues. I was referred by my PCP for immediate attention. The Urgent Care Staff were welcoming, professional and caring. I felt my needs were addressed providing me with appropriate diagnostic procedures & results sent to my Provider as I waited. I left assured with complete written instructions for my home care until I could get a follow-up appointment with my PCP.

I have been to Swedish Edmonds three times. The third being last Monday when they performed an appendectomy. All three visits from beginning to end were amazing. I went into the e.r. all three times where I was acknowledged quickly, paperwork done quickly, few minutes literally wait time and called back by the triage nurse for vitals etc. I was well informed, spoken to respectfully, and taken serious. This hospital puts the wheels in motion to get you the help you need while being polite and empathetic. I have never had a surgery before and I was in pain and terrified. They got pain under control, ct scans, blood, consults and surgery done without a hitch and I was offered warm blankets, checked on, and most importantly informed so I could understand. About every last step. Thank you all so much. I'm not scared to address my health now as I was before, because of the whole crew in the e.r. , Dr Johnson my surgeon and his team, the CT scan crew. Everyone. I am so greatful for you all.
